Research has demonstrated that exercise before, during and after pregnancy has a beneficial effect on both mother and baby.  At Labour with Love, the prenatal exercise programs are based on the standards set by the Society of Obsetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada(SOGC) and the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP).  We only teach what we are qualified to teach, and are commited to the Can-Fit-Pro Code of Ethics, and Scope of Ability.  Any participants who require more then we are qualifed to provide, or who have special needs, are always referred out to a more qualifed professional with far more experience to specifically meet the needs of the participant.
